Nick got a new sled for Christmas. Until today, we had yet to actually use it. We've had lots of excuses --- it's too cold, too late, too windy, we're too tired. You know, the usuals. But, we finally decided it was time to take the kid out, and so, of course, Zander got to come too. We headed out to Prairie Lakes, where they have a nice long, but gradual, hill. The boys (all of them) loved it. Please excuse all the pictures. There area a lot of them and they aren't very good, but you can see that they are loving it!!!
Yeah, so we forgot that Zander's sled (Nick's old one) was missing the rope. So we had to push or carry him back up the hill! I forgot just how much of a workout one can get while sledding!
I'm thinking we need to get a little bigger/sturdier sled next year. These two already don't fit all that well when riding together.
